Larry, I didn't feel the finances were precarious when the January 27 date was an issue. The new date is relatively far away compared to January. Perhaps that's why I now feel we are "far from precarious". You should also keep in mind that Castle Creek is not the only source of capital. It could very well be that there is enough cash in house to last many months and additional financing is primarily to purchase more equipment.

Remember the fine print on mortgages and other types of financial arrangements is also full of warnings, but we live in our mortgaged homes from day to day without it feeling precarious.

BTW, If it wasn't you, do you think it could have been Quashimoto doing the buying at the end of the day?
