John,
I called Alan Adelson at 1-800-240-2014 this morning. The phone number I had gotten in this mornings email about this stock was the Purina Dog Chow hotline! He was definately on the defensive, and told me it was illegal for me to be calling him to find out about his companys upcoming press releases. He would not confirm or deny the info on the MIOA divorce. He suggested I call MIOA if I wanted to know what their position was. He tried to get my name and phone number, but from his angry, threatening tone, I was afraid to give it to him. I did not call MIOA. Maybe someone will.
