MB: I could believe that Lucent could challenge Cisco. On reflection, one would have to believe the WAN systems and "children" will displace LANs - but I am seeing that in companies right now through the internet. The one worry I have with Lucent is that they still have a fair amount of Ma Bell attitude in them. But then again, I am starting to believe AT&T should be a core holding for me now.... Z
