It is too the Florida Divisions of Corporations and it is the reason why one share of your Eutro stock is worth far less that a single sheet of 2 ply Charmin. This link is better than the one I posted this morning on the Non-Invetsors thread. Here it is ccfcorp.dos.state.fl.us Your buddies went down to the Divisions of Corporations there in Tallahasse, paid $52.50 which authorized them 400M more shares to sell, which there are only 382M left. It was that easy. Just like going shopping at the mall. They bought these shares, guess, on my birthday, the quiz is that you must tell me when birthday is. And it wasn't in December. Click on the bottom where it says document image and it will take you to the download screen, only one document that you can download here, 3 pages. You need a TIFF viewer to look at but they have one there for download if you need one. Have fun & don't squeeze the Charmin! André.
