I think the new SEC filing is *very* very interesting, and I recommend all LGND/LGNDW shareholders read it. Sure, it's a prospectus and sure, it contains standard disclaimers, but geez, they're sobering, and should be required reading.

For one thing I didn't know about the patent dispute between Ligand and Hoffman-LaRoche regarding Panretin. I don't remember that being discussed here. Was it?
