Notice to All:
With the assistance of Jon Tara's traceroute, I've contacted OzeMail account representatives, with a recommendation of a forward to their respective legal staff, to identify the name of the individual who sent the fraudulent email to Disney under my name and that legal proceedings be initiated against this individual. I've also forwarded the same information to the respective Disney and Zulu companies, with a recommendation that they, too, follow up and prosecute this individual and take any other appropriate action deemed necessary.
I can handle an honest debate, such as I've had with many posters on this and the Yahoo thread. But I cannot handle such a fraudulent action as has been perpetrated by this fraudulent email. I only hope no harm or jeopardy befalls any of the parties mentioned or implied by the imposter's irresponsible action.
I guess it just goes to show how cutthroat this whole debate on Zulu is and has been. If anything, it proves there is a concerted campaign to attempt to destroy the company, and further explains why Zulu longs have had such a difficult time.
I hope this never happens to any of you. It's a lot of work, just trying to set the record straight. And worse, if legal action results, it'll mean even more work. Something I don't look forward to, but something which has to happen.
It's also interesting to consider whether or not this was the only act of fraud. What other shenanigans have been pulled in either my name or yours? I would never have known that such a letter had been sent, except for the fact that Disney emailed a response to me. They enclosed with their response, the email I supposedly had sent them. |
