A question about the pending utility patent for the pouch and the "rip-it-sip-it" trademark: I was browsing the US Patent & Trademark site and found Beverage Groups pending TM application for "rip-it-sip-it" - filed 9-4-98?! I knew the utility patent was pending, but I thought the TM was nailed. Here's the link: trademarks.uspto.gov

Notice the designation "Applicant"; when the TM is granted, the designation reads "Registrant" (check under Capri Sun, for example). Anyway, don't know that this makes any difference, it was just surprising to me. Anyone else?
