I'll say this for the ex-IOMG: once upon a time, at least (don't know what they do now) they posted transcripts of their conference calls on their website. All companies should be encouraged to do this. Listening isn't really enough. And those of us who live abroad don't have the opportunity to do even that, unless we want to spend a bomb on an hour-long international call.
