So we have two guesses as to what the 100,000 shares might be for??
1. To pay back money loaned to Voxel during the past few months, or
2. To buy out HGRM and get them to step out of the picture.

I personally hope it is the latter, as that might suggest that HGRM may have had a firm deal to buy Voxel (money in hand, deal agreed to by trustee, everything but final court approval). Then, the only way to get HGRM out was to buy them off.
