Ron Gelete returned my phone call today. I asked him where he got the cash to buy sandwich express, seeing a reading of edgar led me to believe they were broke and short term debt was more then cash on hand. He said that the short term debt was on a streached payment plan, and that they were doing quite well thank you. He also said that Neil did not profit from the warrents issued him. He also said for what ever reason , Neil was not up to the job, and was no longer with the company. JRR The way I see this company suceeding, is an inexpensive Pax America , franchise all over the world. IT seems to be working in Korea and Kuwait. If they get it going in 20 or 30 countries the fees and royalties will catch up with the shares. You get 100 in the Philapeens and another 100 in China ,Indonesia,and Thailand each, all paying a small royalty it can payoff. The trick is to have a concept that works at the right price. JRR
