Glad you saw it the same way. I bought some at 1 9/16 and more at 15/16, giving me an average of 1.25. If I get 1.50 it's a nice profit, and full cash value is almost a double.

In the meantime the downside seems to be nonexistent. So I just sit and wait to see if the market or potential new owners want to give me their money first.

If they go private, I assume that the new owners must offer all shareholders a fixed price. I saw yesterday that INLQ was going private except for 1.25 million shares. The stock price moved up to just below the cash offer price.
