Your buddies went down to the Divisions of Corporations there in Tallahasse, paid $52.50 which authorized them 400M more shares to sell, which there are only 382M left. It was that easy. Just like going shopping at the mall. Sorry for butting in but I have a question: "So the SEC does not have anything to do with it then?" And there's the other deceit, and this one not by Eutro but 'from within out own ranks'. They bought these shares, guess, on my birthday, the quiz is that you must tell me when birthday is. And it wasn't in December. If this was known back then by investors on this group, as it must have been, why didn't anyone say so then? The info is of public record and easily accessed and verified. I guess we found the reason for the mysteriously downticking stock price... The people in the know found out around November 14 - 16 judging from the stock price diagram. Trust noone and keep everything to yourself is they way it works. You better believe it.
