thanks for the link, a new prospectus should be filed shortly as the numbers went stale in one you linked to.
As for the uniqueness of the product.. not sure if the client list in in the prospectus, but I know they list their customers on their web site and considering the quality of the names I feel that is testimony not only to the uniqueness of the software but also the quality. Another thing to keep in mind IMO is that this looks like the razor and razor blade scenario. The authoring software sell for about 9k while the viewing software about 150-200 per. Envision a college professor doing an entire semester on disc distributed through the LAN WAN or internet to a new class of students each yr. I have no idea how many freshman enter college each yr on a country wide basis (US ) so let us assume 200,000, and I'm sure it is way more than that, just the sale of readers would be 30million per yr or about $6 per sh in revs. Enough mental masturbation have a happy new year and thanks for your input
