<OT> Happy New Year to all here...

May we all be healthy and prosper in 1999!

It has been a pleasure posting here in the last quarter and for all those unanswered questions, I hope to enlighten in the near future.

Next year should prove interesting and in my opinion would only wish that people hang in there. We have seen Nokia rocket ahead and I have been lucky enough to enjoy part of the ride. My long term still remains with Ericsson though, even though this year has seen a real roller coaster of a ride up then the big down. Believe the first quarter next year will be flat, but then I hope for an incline by the end of the 2Q through the 3Qtr. These are just my views, as I believe the company is starting to focus on new business areas that should come to fruition in that time frame.

Would like to particularly single out Mardy for keeping us informed -especially when I haven't had the time: We seem to race who can get the news posted first, although me being in Europe helps most of the time!

Wish good luck for 1999 to my sparring partners and like them, I feel strongly about certain issues (i.e. the 3G debate).

Enough of this emotional rambling, and see you all next year with a hangover!

All the best,
Mika
