For an EXCELLENT overview of DMW's mining in Angola and a good map showing exactly where their mines are situated, go to diamondworks.com It's important to note that the Luo mine is actually closer to the fighting than the Yetweyne site, yet it remains OPEN and OPERATIONAL!! This bodes well for the Yetweyne site opening. As well, I'm very impressed with the quantity and quality of the diamonds at the DMW mines. Check out that site. Definitely worth the read! Kevin
