Housing stocks are cheap, I like Beazer Homes(BZH,NY), growing 30%, has a P/E of about 7 and if you buy the convertible preferred pick up a yield of almost 8%.

Seem to recall both being recommended in Barron's (CAV+BZH)
2 weeks ago in the round table discussion.
