Hi Pat,

I thought I'd see if I could get you to come back to your old stomping grounds for the New Year. I know your directions have changed to some extent but ADSL will always be your baby -- at least in the minds of many Amati investors. Could I coax you into commenting on the current state of ADSL/TI/Amati as you see it after almost a year has gone by when Amati was absorbed? How has it played out relative to what you expected? Do you have any choice words for the RBOCs?
