I really don't know that much about what was happening at Madsen prior to the Claude take over. I know that Claude had to dewater when they took over--and were still pumping out some of the lower levels about a month ago. POG has been declining over most of the five year period prior to the takeover. That might have been a factor.
I would suggest a call to Neil McMillan at 306-668-7505.
He could tell you a lot more than I.
