Mr. Perkins.. Nice call :) Was that you scooping up those million shares yesterday??? I tried to get more yesterday at .17, then again at .20...they wouldn't sell me any...No wonder :) I particularly like these 2 clips.. The Technical Assistance Agreement (''T.A.A.'') between ERHC/ST PETRO (ratified by the government of Sao Tome and Principe) and Mobil (NYSE:MOB - news), signed on September 10, 1998, is progressing rapidly.. And this one.. During a recent (November, 1998) visit by Mobil and ERHC to the DRSTP, Mobil's commitment to this project was strengthened and demonstrated by their proposal to effect a 25 year Production Sharing Contract as soon as possible. Mobil has now committed to further accelerate the project timetable and indicated that the pending merger with Exxon would only strengthen their position and commitment to exploration in the area. Also Love the fact that its linked to MOB...comes up on Yahoo under MOB news...Should bring in some interest :) I have been trudging through the 10Q's...Has anyone summarized all the restricted/convertable shares outstanding??? 1999 could be a fun year here.
