Me too. I disliked CIBC, and I was hoping their merger would not go through, as TD shareholders would have been dinged ahell of a lot. I am happy that they can grow the discount brokerage part, as it is the future. I have started only 1 year (or less ago), and already I have about 225,000 in investments at E-Trade Canada.
