Jenna, BILL - Billing Concepts. 52Wk. high 30 52 Wk low - 7.50 Presently 11 7/16 Company provides billing services to telecommunications industry. Really looks like a first rate company that was beaten down. Seems like it is starting to be accumulated for a recovery. I like it and have bought some to hold into January - volume looks very high as if funds are accumulating. JL
