I bought into this yesterday. The unit here in Austin is packed and they seem to do good in selling their expensive liquor. The food is great and the service is also very good. I posted some queries on rec.food.restaurants and the responses I received indicated that the units in other cities are doing well too. They are opening a store in Raleigh. I expect that to do well with the high-tech and university crowd. I think that restaurants do well when they are opening new units. Chang's has lots of cities that they can still open in. Paul
