All FYI: (technical reply to web site problems)
The problems experienced with the web site in the past have to do with a service provider.
There are two things you can do to find out why the site is down when it happens. You can be sure it will happen again. If one person can get to it when others can't, it is to be expected. Here is what you can do.
****These examples are for use with Windows95*******
Open a dos window and issue this command.
C:\WINDOWS\> ping www.aquavie.com <enter>
It should return a reply from address 209.133.14.235, or another with 209.133.14.xxx in the address. If it does respond, then you should be able to get to the site.
If you can't get there, then try this.
C:\WINDOWS\> tracert www.aquavie.com <enter>
This will trace a path to get to the web site. I suggest running it and capturing the output to see how many steps there are between your machine and Aqua Vie's web site while it is working. When there are problems with a service provider, you will fail before you get to Aqua Vie. This is a problem with a provider. If you fail early in the trace, the problem is probably with your own provider.
