RINT -- Reality Interactive, Inc.

RINT is poised for major turnaround in 1999.

The company suffered decline in revenues due to decline in sales of its off-the-shelf multimedia products from 1997 to 1998. The company is phasing out these products.

Instead, RINT is focusing on and expanding its Web-based training services sector. Existing contracts include major corporations such as Sundstrand Aerospace, Boeing, and General Motors. These programs allow for enterprise-wide training potential over the Internet or company Intranets (for internal quality control, compliance with Federal regulations, or company-wide response to issues such as the Y2K bug).

Despite all the current market attention to Internet stocks, RINT has practically vanished from sight since delisting from the NASDAQ at end of May 1998. It has been sold off since that time to recent level of 0.05 x 0.10.

Happy New Year,
