Those 250 Kg samples have caused more questions and doubt and confusion and worry than you can believe. What happened as near as I can understand is that they took about 100 tons from each of two trenches. Those 100 ton samples were then processed and that's where the grade of 1.14 cts per ton came from It was also the origin of the 3 larger stones, which I'm sure you've seen tabulated. The rejects i.e. all the stuff that went though the small mesh that was used for screening then went into storage EXCEPT for the two 250 kg samples which were tagged for full analysis by caustic fusion which recovers All the micros so that a detailed size analysis can be done. The purpose of this size distribution is so that it can be combined with the macro distribution already done on the two 100 ton samples, and then compared with all the other drill core samples to verify continuity of grade and size distribution from samples from all over the property. It's mostly an academic exercise in statistical analysis, but it can give the company a n excellent correlation and lots of useful extrapolation tools..
