Hmmmmm...... A company with no assets and no stock price acquires a company for $2,000,000 in stock and options. And is looking for more acquisitions. Megablow has $8 mill in revenues and agrees to be acquired for worthless paper. The names may have changed at TWTI, but the logic remains the same, in my estimation. At least they have (probably) retained the use of their own NOL. However, it's only worth anything if you're profitable. Hate to be so negative, not my nature (ha ha), but I wouldn't be surprised to see the name change, a reverse split, and the whole game played over. With a new generation of shareholder/victims. How about if they become an "internet" play--wanna bet? Happy New Year Mike! Dwight
