Elaine Should Get a 100% Bonus! A Wall St story goes like this. There were two brokers who worked in the same office. One broker was always 100% wrong and continuously lost his clients money. The other broker was only 50% wrong (or 50% right!) and generally made a modest return for his clients. When bonus time came, the broker who was 50% right got only a small bonus. However the other broker was rewarded handsomely by the firm with a big bonus. The troubled 50% broker asked his firm why the other guy got such a big bonus. The firm replied because he's always wrong. So when he buys or sells a stock, the firm always does the opposite and makes a killing!
