Get to understand options better. They let you do some interesting things with limited downside if done correctly. For instance, now is a great time to use options with regards to Internet stocks. I believe that they are going to plunge, but I don't believe that with enough certainty to short Internet stocks. And I have a small belief that they could climb higher before they plunge. So I can set up an options position on, say, CMGI, where I make good money if the stock goes way up OR way down, and only lose the cost of my options if the stock price doesn't move much. But who believes that Internet stock prices won't move much!?!?
