I am also frustrated with with company sometimes when I have to wait for so long for things to happen, sometimes long after expected.

The track record hasn't been perfect but I have seen some good improvements lately. There were a lot of shorts who said that TRBD would never file the lawsuit against Assencio because they would not want to open their books up in a lawsuit, well they were wrong. TRBD did file the lawsuit and it looks like a very solid one.

Sometimes it can take a while for deals to be completed. Something can be ready to go with everybody happy, but then the lawyers always have to step in to check everything out "one more time". These big deals are not always easy to complete.

I am happy with Turbodyne in the sense that they haven't released something small just to passify us, they know that we are hungry for news, but they are waiting until the deals are done before announcing anything. The deal with Detroit Diesel was a good one and still is, I liked the way they both(TRBD & DD)put out press releases about the deal at the same time. This added a great deal of credibilty to what was being said and I think that TRBD is trying to do releases in that manner now and in the future, it might take longer, but the results are better.
