There is absolutely NO regulation over BB stocks. They have complete freedom to do whatever they want. If there is a run up on the stock they can pocket all the buy money and wait for the lowest sell orders to cover them. They are not forced to perform and your broker has no control over them- like they do with NASDAQ, NY and the American.
Have you actually sold any? Was it for less than the bid/ask range for the day even? Likely is.
