It could be they are just trying to get their house in a certain order before the end of the year. If so it means nothing. It could be they convinced a fund or major investor to ante up $1M (350x$3.60). If so, where did the shares comes from. I expect, although I hope it's not so, that they may have short sold those shares under this scenario. If so, watch the share price decline next week so they can make even more money off of BII's back!
