If this is true, how could the company be fully reporting by submitting unaudited financials? I don't think they could be, but I don't know precisely what the rules are. Qs don't have to be audited, but I'd imagine that the SEC would require an audited K before the company could be considered fully-reporting. Arcane? Bet you know. Would anyone like to call BDO on Monday and ask if they're still EDII's auditors?
