Trailmobile may be doing a creeping takeover of Mond and or wanted at least control of Mond. They were able to get present management to hand over a control block of shares at a favourable price. In exchange present management, the 2 current key players, will be assuming top positions of a half a billion dollar company. I'm sure they will be well compensated.

What does this mean to Mond shareholders? Anyone's guess, but at 40 cents the risk / reward is good. Mond is staging a turnaround in operations and there is a potential suitor in waiting.
