I'm still confused. Don't the option holders have the right to retain the warrants until Dec. 31, 1999 or up to 10 days after a financing announcement on a U.S. exchange? That's what the press releases say.

Given that they do not have to convert their warrants until Dec. 31, 1999 or until 10 days after another financing announcement, why would anyone sell their warrants @ $3.60? That doesn't seem too plausible to me. It seems more likely that two funds did a transaction with shares from the float existing or that Yorkton shorted and will recover in the coming weeks.
