It appears they have audited financials for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 1997 and unaudited results for the nine months and three months periods ending on Sept. 30, 1998 and Sept. 30, 1997 (but I really haven't had a chance to look at the submission in detail). If so, I think that may be sufficient. Since they are a small business, they only need audited financials for the latest fiscal year as indicated by this excerpt from the description of Form 10SB:

...Furnish the information required by Item 310 of Regulation S-B. However, if audited financial statements of the registrant and its predecessors and the financial statements required to be provided for any significant business acquired or to be acquired are not otherwise available for each of the two most recent fiscal years, only the financial statements for the latest fiscal year must he audited. ...

I have to note that AIII seems to be really pushing the envelope with this filing yesterday. Two days later and the latest fiscal year would be the one ended today. Any bets as to whether the 10-KSB for the fiscal year ending today will be timely filed (within the next 90 days)?
