I don't believe he will stick to the cuts... Venezuela is the only country capable of producing quite more than what is currently producing. If the situation in the country gets worse, he is definetely going to pump as much oil as he can...He is a smart guy don't get me wrong. He is just going to say: "Hey, everybody is getting killed here, I'm the only producer that can survive (I can increase capacity and production), so I will...even at the expense of other oil producer countries". Thats my guess...
