Normally I think a 10% NAV is the way to go but if DeBeers wants to hold onto their market position I think they will have to pay in the 20% range.(JMO)
I hear that diamonds with a laser etched Polar Bear are a hot commodity. Its about time Canada took advantage of its international image and started marketing our products as superior.
