David...there are a lot of details we aren't privy to but in the past they had sold NSC-24 thru Nutritional Supply. Now it's under Macroforce and they are selling it directly. What I read is that they aren't "currently" doing it cuz of the agreement of the lawsuit. If you go back I think in December when the announcement of the finalizing of the settlement they stated that was holding it up....There are revenues. Reread the announcment ...look how they've been up since the last quarter and the previous. They sell in the skin care area, pet care, aquaculture, royalties on Nayad and other areas, Macroforce which was the NSC-24...she has stated in the past that they have some smaller contracts with Asia and has indicated some bigger ones in the works...but it's a startup company and has been hit hard like most pennies. I don't think a recovery is going to come only in a couple of months but I do feel it's going to be moving more forward a little at a time. I don't mean to be smarta$$ but send her an email or talk to her personally if you have specific question. I might be short here only cuz I'm tired today. I respond to you cuz you directed to me. If I have missed something for right now, maybe someone could offer some more info. You are right about the lawsuit is not over. But her indications to me is that it's not that far off. And they have at least made a big step in that direction. I see the cup 1/2 full right now. I've held it and traded it over a year too. Irene
