Ike: Great day for the small and micro-caps! I recall you saying several months ago that Kopp was of the opinion of a two year move in RUT. Do you still believe this move is sustainable past January? Would you agree that if we are in a new bull market that small caps should lead the way for a while? My long-term portfolio is well positioned to take advantage of a move in RUT, especially tech oriented companies! I'm looking at A/D line today, and I can't recall seeing such positive breadth with SPX and IND down like this! Hope it continues! Thanks for your input, and have a happy new year! Kevin Richard
