Neil Siegel: I don't know how knowledgeable it is but there has been a lot of common talk about an impending deal with Motorola. Almost 3 months ago ALYA issued a release referencing what they called a "Letter of Intent" with Motorola. Careful reading of the release however reveals that it was a proposal by ALYA to bid on a contract with Motorola for the installation of the ALYA security system on certain MOT properties. Until someone I know, who took a position in the stock at higher prices, spoke to IR at ALYA recently, nothing further in the way of a "public" announcement, has been forthcoming. In a phone conversation though he was told that MOT has committed to three installations but ALYA has as yet not been able to get them to allow a PRNews release to that effect. He was also told about a potential big bucks contract with a Thai dealer. How much of this is hope, hype or something else I can't say. I did, knowing that it is a complete gamble, take a small position under 40 cents a share speculating that I may after tax selling season ends cash out a quick 50 to 100 percent turn in the stock.

As Willing2 said in his post, real investors might feel more comfortable paying $2 for this stock once an audited report is available for scrutiny
where a reliable CPA is willing to put his signature on fundemental data
and drop any caveats about the viability of the company from their notes to the balance sheet. A News Release by Motorola would go far more than a dozen by ALYA to put some degree of confidence in the ALYA claim of Leading Technology and LONworks actually being a State of the Art model for the Security Industry.
