Hi Bruce,
Assuming an extraction rate of say a couple of head frames each hoisting about 4000 tonnes per day (300 days per year), and a discount rate of say 4%, the net present value of any ore in the ground about 20 years or longer from now is about zero, regardless of the grade or additional tonnage.
