So what's your point Auric?

You have read the prospectus and all you can post is a comment that is intended to cast the 2 of the directors of IFLY with guilt by association? Is that all you can find of interest?

I've read the prospectus. The analysts reports. The earnings reports. Talked to the company. Nearly flew from NY to Tampa to visit them but my wife is too pregnant. I've tested the site several times.
There is nothing like it. They are profitable and will make more profits with the Internet.
Everything is solid, solid, solid.

And then you appear out of nowhere, claiming to have read the prospectus and that you have the lowdown summary on the company.

What about their relationship with SABRE? The override commission structures they have put in place? How about their own customized version of turboSabre? How does that impact agent efficiency?
Are you informed of their strategy to go for the spanish speaking market? How impressive do you find the experience of the management team? How much infrastructure do they have in place which will give them economies of scale before they need major capital expenses?

There are a few important questions you could answer for us if you've read the prospectus.

Then we might discuss earnings, future earnings. And eventually we could discuss the IRIS website and the implications for IFLY, airline ticketing and the whole Internet Travel sector.

And please disclose your position on IFLY. I am long 13,000 warrants. And you?
