Hello Brad and thanks for the reply, Your answer is just what I was looking for. I understand the difficulty (and in fact the folly) of trying to predict the short term. We must, however, make decisions somehow as to the timing of our accumulations and, as usual, you present a very sound answer.
I have been buying at and around 20. I was really looking for what you provided which is an events based look at this to ponder.
