I don't know why, suddenly, you guys would get surprised at the term "offshore" when you already know of the existence of several offshore entities involved in this: 1) Softbank Holding Company-Japan; 2) Ozemai--United Kingdom; 3) China International Equities (Hong Kong?); 4) Asian Trust Group (Hong Kong?) and Rolling Rock Capital Investment (where?).
I mean we're not talking the Caymen Islands scheme here. Plus, you've got to admit that the SEC filings have been rather diligent, even to include a filing on the newly-forming ZuluGroup.com's Deleware incorporation.
I'm further surprised none of you have commented that this incorporation of papers for ZuluGroup.com and the fact that once ESVS shareholders issue approval to acquire the assets of Zulu-tek, those same shareholders will then vote to transfer the combined entity, with brandsforless.com as a subsidiary, into the new ZuluGroup.com incorporation.
I don't know where your head is at Brady, I don't know whether I'm watching a tennis match with you, or watching a yo-yo going up and down. JT, I know where you're at: You hate Zulu and Pat Hayton, always have and probably always will--nothing, it seems, will change your position.
I take a contrary view. JT, of course, never bought any and won't; while Brady dips in and out. My position is long and with each passing day I'm feeling better and better about this investment. I think it's a given that JT's prediction that our stock will be at the same price it is today one year from know is plain unadulterated hogwash and nothing else.
I recommend this: Since JT you have nothing good to offer about Zulu and you have a few cohorts who feel the same way; and I, with a few cohorts, almost always post positively. Brady, meanwhile, seems to have assumed Aleta's and appears as the new near-but-not-quite-self-proclaimed moderate who, more than not, tilts to the negative side. Fact is though, that Brady's all over the board.
Therefore, how about a New Year's Resolution: Why don't we have a seven day posting moratorium, beginning on Monday. Let all of the warring parties back off for a week, set back and see what happens. Not that I wouldn't miss you all, but it'd be a great way to begin the year. Who knows what kind of situation we'd return to? And perhaps the quality of our future posts would reflect a sense of wisdom gained from such a moratorium.
