Hi Scott, I don't know if I am the man in the know, but I may be able to help a littel...all I know is I have called the company, their PR firm, and a broker and all confirmed that at one time the stock reached as high as 31 3/4...I also believe it is on their last 10K as I believe Kevin Tupper posted on an earlier thread...As far as the split is concerned, I have only heard rumors above that there may have been a split...but have not fully checked into it as of yet....One of two things are for sure: Either the graphs we find are wrong (Often times BB stocks are not charted, and often these charts are incomplete with historical info, even though the date readings are correct), or there was a split somewhere along the way...
I'll try to check into this more....as it is a popular question...

There's plenty more info in the financials. What excites me most is that the float outside of insider holdings is only around 4,000,000 shares. Also, they earned $0.29 a share for a single quarter on sales of SoftRAM95. Windrenalin alone should surpass this and add to it all the other products including a revamped and working SoftRam v3.0 and we're talking possible earnings of $0.40 a share for the next quarter IMO. |
