AIRP YEAR END REVIEW:

OH what a Year for Air Packaging Technologies, Inc.!!

The Company started off with a fantastic time line for success. All and all, AIRP met its expectations. In 1998, Management became lien and mean with proven and on-going results on this last day of the year.

1998 brought AIRP both GOOD and BAD. The Company increased the market
penetration of its NEW hard valve AIR BOX product lines. Manufacturing capacity greatly improved from the new machine, "Big Blue". The company built a New QC lab which is viewed as being the most technologically advance laboratory of its kind in the
USA. Customer and shareholder inquires increased beyond, sometimes, the capacities of both the California and Virginia, USA offices. The Financial statements continued to improve Qtr. after Qtr. with great emphasis on shareholder equity appreciation, increases in assets, decreases in liabilities and increases in Revenue. These financial improvements qualified AIRP to be recognized under Standard & Poors Market Access Program. Management de-listed the companies shares off the Vancouver Stock Exchange and list all stock on the USA OTCBB market. The Company continued to build shareholder support throughout the German Speaking countries with AIRP's stock trading on the Berlin Stock Exchange (APK-881424) . The unforeseen financial problems attributed from loosing the Company's financial backer, caused some capital shortage problems but, management work through those difficulties with impeccable success. Wayne Case, President of Schmitt Industries, SMIT-NASDAQ, realized the advanced technologies and applications of the AIR BOX product lines and became a Director of AIRP. Schmitt Industries, Inc. in turn acquired 17% of the outstanding stock of AIRP. Schmitt's products have synergistic applications with the AIR BOX ,which in turn, produces a new customer base for both companies, now and throughout years ahead. Management remained confident and focused throughout 1998 and will continue to do more for product sales and stock price appreciation through 1999.

At this moment , I would like to thank all of you for your continued support this past year and look forward in an upward sloping market for AIRP in 1999.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
