Roo if you got out in June or July you have class A Warrants if you held 279 common shares( I hope Discover didnt mess up) the preferred went out to people, that held the stock on Sept 1, 1998 and 279 preferred shares would be owed to you if you held 2790 common shares.

For the Preferred shares you might want to read over the Dec 8 SB-2 filing, for all the details.

For the warrants the first post #1 on the thread is related to the warrants.

Never the less I am trying to keep to my word, even if you traded out of the stock, the company did owe you a dividend.

You could call CVIA the stock that just wouldnt go away <LOL>
