Kevin -- here's a copy of my post to 357mag on TMex thread regarding the timing of the PR:

I think the after-hour-PR at end of week is a pretty cool move on IFLY's part. This gives investors -- which, IMO, are the more vested block of share holders in this stock, as opposed to daytraders -- a three day weekend to do their DD and make their trading decisions. If it had been published prior to closing, the traders would have run it up and down like a yo-yo to the exclusion of its core investors which, from what I can glean on the IFLY thread here on SI, are a pretty loyal following.

Given the very small float for a top-100 travel agency, partnered with Exodus Communications (EXDS) and IBM, I think we are going to have a blast on Monday. It was all I could do not to off IFLY for a point and get into DBCC today, but I held.

Thanx 357, you're stead-fast confidence in the stock yesterday is the reason I held it!

To the board, have a SAVE and GREAT New Years tonite. Here's to a Prosperous 1999 for all.

Prosperous Trading!
