Thanks, Cary. I read about their multilevel EEPROM cell storage technology 5 or 6 years ago and have been tracking this stock for over a year. I am definitely a long-term bull on this stock. I hope this will give the company more exposure to the investment community because they are pretty well-known in the communication and the consumer product areas. One correction already - the book value is about 4.77/share ,according to the WSJ Briefing Book, not the 7.00/share I posted in the prologue. I think the late night posting got to me a bit. Sorry about that, no intention to mislead anyone. Eric
