Fred, The Sept Q report was filed today(Dec 31). It looks like ADOT is fufilling its SEC obligations. It also appears that ADOT is leasing and purchasing the necasary equipment to assemble the BBs. Also looks like the plan on selling "part" of Biomoda to fund operations. Andrew
